I am Jake Buxton. I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Exercise Science (Hons), and have been participating in Sport my whole life. My current training is based around Bodybuilding and Powerlifting, but I also have a background in Athletics, Running, Cycling, Rugby & Football. I aspire to use my knowledge to help you achieve your goals (and beyond!).
Our services range from tailored programs to add structure to your training, 1-to-1 coaching to aid the practical sides of training, as well as online coaching which includes an exercise program, nutritional program and guidance, as well as constant feedback and support without having to worry about liaising with your coach for 'on the gym floor' sessions.
I understand that creating new, healthy fitness habits can be challenging. My goal is to help change your views on health and fitness, so that it becomes a lifestyle rather than a chore. This way you can actively make healthier lifestyle changes, without sacrificing the things you love. It is my goal to help motivate you to become consistent, and thus successful.
